Coming into CrossFit Helena is a great way to get back in shape, get in shape for the first time, or to take your overall fitness to new heights. If you're looking for something different, something fun, and - most importantly - something that works, you're in the right place! We don't use weight machines and we won't put you on a treadmill: we use a combination of training methods that are proven to get results.
By using methods that are constantly varied in intensity, duration, movement, and time, CrossFit training provides the ultimate regimen for developing personal strength and fitness. CrossFit's focus is a deliberate attempt to optimize your fitness health. Individual and small group sessions uphold the standards of mechanics, consistency, and intensity, all of which drive our training. Participants receive the attention and coaching typically only seen in personal training sessions.
